During production, we do have batches that we don't ship due to some small cosmetic blemishes. This can be due to colour leeching, spurs and cracks; and/or previous versions of models. Whilst cosmetic in damage, the full functionality of these products are not affected. These Panasonic Q Disc Trays are shipped in packs of 1, and may require further post-processing. As a result, we do not offer refunds or replacements in either of our print error listings.
This Panasonic Q disc tray is designed to be a drop-in replacement for the old Panasonic Q disc tray that is well-documented to deteriorate and become brittle over time, shattering inside the console. They can be used with the existing drive rails, or our replacement drive rails.
After install, it is recommended to replace the drive belt and lubricate the rails and tray using silicone greases, such as Molykote.
