Panasonic Q Replacement Drive Rails

These Panasonic Q drive rails are designed to be a drop-in replacement for the old Panasonic Q drive rails that are well-documented to deteriorate and become brittle over time, shattering inside the console.

They can be used with the existing disc tray, or our replacement tray.

After install, it is recommended to replace the drive belt and lubricate the rails and tray using silicone greases, such as Molykote.

Whether you need one or both drive rails, we can get your rare GameCube up and running again.
