No dev menu for this Minimi game, nor any patches on PS4. There's still a cheat code you can enter. Downside is, you'll be unable to unlock "Complete Mastery" as the game labels you as a cheater, similarly to Desperados 3.

You'll need:

• A physical disc or digital copy of Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun. Region doesn't matter.

Method:

• Insert the disc into your PS4, PS4 Slim, PS4 Pro, PS5, PS5 Slim or PS5 Pro.
• Install the game.
• Once installed, start the game.
• Begin a new game.
• Pause the game, and head to "Options".

Enter this slight variant of the Konami code at the "Options" menu:

• Up
• Up
• Down
• Down
• Left
• Right
• Left
• Right
• L1
• R1

Controller Commands:

• R1 then Down (D-Pad): Make character invisible to enemy NPC's.
• R1 then Up (D-Pad): Make character visible to enemy NPC's.
• R1 then Left (D-Pad): Enables god mode.
• R1 then Right (D-Pad): Disables god mode.
